About Me
I am a Computer Scientist working to advance the understanding and application of artificial intelligence in computer vision. I am interested in uncovering the underlying mechanisms that drive deep learning models, and in drawing inspiration from human visual perception to build more capable and efficient computer vision systems.
Currently, I am a PhD student at the Institute for Neural Information Processing at Ulm University. I am also associated with the Research Training Group on Medical XAI — Knowledge Infusion and Extraction for Explainable Medical AI. My research focuses on developing biologically-inspired computational models for medical image analysis.
